David and Susie PeimannPeimann Title & Escrow, Inc., is the only full-time, full-service land title company now operating in Osage County, Kansas. Peimann Title & Escrow began business on May 1, 1995 and effective February 12, 2000, purchased the operating assets of Osage County Abstract & Title Company. The company, through this acquisition, now has the only complete set of abstract records in Osage County. The operations of Osage County Abstract & Title Company have been combined with the business of Peimann Title & Escrow, Inc., at 621 Topeka Avenue in Lyndon.  The company employs a total of 3 people. The company‚Äôs title insurance policies are underwritten by First American Title Insurance Company and Agents National Title Insurance Company.

Peimann Title & Escrow, Inc., provides Land Title Insurance Policies or abstracts for a substantial number of the real estate transactions, sales or mortgages in Osage County. In addition, it provides closing services for many of those transactions.

David Peimann began working in the land title insurance business in January of 1986. David and Susie Peimann started Peimann Title & Escrow, Inc., in May of 1995. David is well respected for his knowledge of the land title business and particularly of land transactions in Osage County. He is both a Licensed Abstractor and a Land Title Insurance Agent. He is an Osage County native and a graduate of Lyndon High School.
